These Terms of Service, including the Privacy Policy and any other terms and conditions published on the Platform or communicated to you from time to time (collectively referred to as the Agreement), define the relationship and responsibilities between You and the Creator (as defined herein). The Platform may not be used for anything other than the permitted uses as detailed under this contract.

No contentious or defamatory content. While we recognize that the exchange of ideas is a cornerstone in creating knowledge, we do not approve of, nor do we permit, any statements that infringe on these principles. We recognize that sometimes the discussion of ideas can become volatile, but we do not agree with, nor tolerate, any statements that violate these principles of violence, slander, libel, or unfair or vicious conduct. Spamming. Posting untargeted, unwanted, and repetitive content, comments, or messages, with an intention to spam the Public Forum or otherwise the Platform, and to drive traffic from the Platform to third-party sites, is also in direct violation of this Agreement. Posting links to external websites with malware or other prohibited sites is forbidden.

Scams. Any content that is uploaded or posted in order to exploit others for private gain is strictly prohibited and we do not permit actions of extortion or blackmail, either.

9. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

To register for any Content, you may be asked to pay a fee ( Content Fee ). To learn more about our Platform and the pricing, refer to our Platform. Payment for Content Fees may be made via third-party processors; your payments may be subject to sales taxes. We suggest you familiarize yourself with the policies and ramifications of typical third-party payment processors, as doing so may help you make your decision regarding entering into a contract. When you subscribe to Content on the System, the same cannot be canceled and there will not be any refund of Content Fees unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

By taking on various third-party payment providers, we make the payment of purchases on the Platform possible. Therefore, it is explicitly noted that we do not collect or store your personal information when making payments through such services. Please note that you must review the payment service provider's terms and conditions prior to making the purchases.
